Job summary

Bethany Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN for day or night shifts. This position offers competitive pay up to $35/hour plus benefits and opportunities in a post-acute care setting working with physical, occupational and speech therapies.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN nursing program.
• LPN license and credential required.
• Experience in post-acute care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge of residents.
• Document resident care in medical records and department records.
• Educate residents and families regarding treatment and rehabilitation.
• Adhere to infection control policies and facility procedures.
• Consult with physicians regarding resident plans of care and changes.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Ensure quality of care by adhering to DOH standards and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to solve resident problems.
