Job summary

MediLodge of Southfield in Southfield, MI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care in a long‑term care setting. Starting wages are $33.40 to $44.50 per hour, with flexible pay options and opportunities to grow within a team that values patient‑centered care.

You will document residents' condition, implement orders, supervise staff, administer medications, and participate in orientation and training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN nursing program.
• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification and at least 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assign nursing care to team members per residents' needs.
• Supervise and evaluate junior staff and CNAs.
• Administer medications and document treatments per regulations.
• Participate in orientation and in-service training.
