Qualifications

• Education to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and 1–2 years relevant experience.
• LPN or LVN license.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day healthcare operations to ensure residents' needs are met.
• Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and receive quality care as needs change.
• Maintains consistent care and service across shifts; may assume Caregiver/Med Tech roles as needed.
• Supervises licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and Caregivers; trains and educates staff.
• Oversees medication training, pharmacy management, and audits per Brookdale guidelines.
• Participates in on-call duties as required.
