Brookdale Senior Living–Health and Wellness Coordinator (Finance) is seeking an individual to manage day-to-day healthcare operations within the community, ensuring residents receive quality care and are treated with dignity. You may fill in as Caregiver or Med Tech as needed to meet staffing requirements.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN or RN license and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with supervision of nursing staff and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
• Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and that quality care is provided as needs change.
• Ensures consistent quality resident care and service delivery across all shifts; may step in as Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet staffing needs.
• Oversees supervision of licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provides ongoing training and manages schedules.
• Oversees medication training, pharmacy management, and supervision or administration; conducts audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
• Shares on call duties as required.
• Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and 1–2 years relevant experience.
