Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day healthcare operations of the community
• Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity; maintain quality care
• Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, CMA's, and Caregivers; arrange training
• Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision
• Share on-call duties as required; schedule management
