LPN Health & Wellness Coordinator (Finance)
The LPN Health & Wellness Coordinator manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community, ensuring residents' healthcare needs are met with respect and dignity. They maintain quality care and service delivery across all shifts, which may involve assuming roles such as Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet staffing needs.
Responsibilities include supervising licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; providing ongoing training and education; managing staff schedules; overseeing medication training, pharmacy management, and medication administration; conducting medication skills inventory checks and audits per Brookdale Guidelines; and sharing on-call duties as required.
Qualifications include education to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and 1-2 years of relevant experience. An LPN or LVN license is required.
