Job description

LPN / ADON - Health & Wellness Coordinator (Finance)

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to meet residents' healthcare needs.
2. Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as their needs change.
3. Maintain consistent quality resident care and service delivery across all shifts, potentially assuming roles of Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents' needs and staffing requirements.
4. Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provide ongoing training and education, including classroom in-services and situation-specific training. Manage staff schedules.
5. Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision/administration. Conduct periodic medication skills inventory checks and audits following Brookdale Guidelines.
6. Participate in on-call duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Education required to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
• LPN or LVN license.

Role is full-time with salary range from $35 to $54.17 per hour, determined by skills and experience. Eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.
