Qualifications

• LPN licensure required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient for exam by taking vital signs and updating health information.
• Perform lab procedures using aseptic technique and precautions.
• Assist physician with procedures and minor surgeries as directed.
• Administer medications per orders and manage IV therapy within scope.
• Provide patient education and coordinate tests, refills, and referrals.
