Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state of employment (New grads welcome).
Current BLS/CPR Certification or ability to obtain.
Current TB test/results.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting any changes promptly.
