Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical nurse program.
• Active or pending LPN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintains current BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Under RN direction, delivers nursing care and supports positive clinical outcomes.
• Evaluate patients/residents, observe changes, and report to the team.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
