Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of North Platte is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts. LPNs provide direct nursing care to residents and collaborate with a supportive team to ensure quality care in a safe environment.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, a pay rate of $29-$33.64 per hour based on experience, daily pay option, and comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

LPN license or certification required.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to quality care.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Provide nursing care for residents including wound, catheter care, and daily living activities.
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other team members for coordinated care.
Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
Ensure care complies with regulatory and facility guidelines.
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
