Job summary

Riverbrook Healthcare is hiring a LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) to work in short term rehabilitation and long-term care. The LPN will collaborate with the Unit Director to develop and implement individualized care plans and will help supervise nursing staff, ensuring smooth unit operations per shift.
