Job summary

Riverbrook Healthcare is hiring a Wound Care Nurse (LPN or RN) to support both short term rehabilitation and long-term care. This role emphasizes patient-centered wound care and collaborative teamwork to meet the needs of residents.

The clinician will develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans, under supervision, and contribute to daily unit operations across shifts by providing leadership to nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans under the Unit Director's guidance.
• Assist with orientation/supervision of nursing staff and lead daily unit operations across shifts.
