Job summary

PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America®) invites applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Topeka Presbyterian Manor. The role involves providing direct nursing care and supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care in a faith-based, not-for-profit setting.

Starting pay is $28.50 per hour with shift and weekend differentials under the premium pay plan. Experience with geriatric long-term care and IV certification are a plus.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved LPN program.
Current license to practice as an LPN in this state.
Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and regulations governing long-term care.
Geriatric nursing/long-term care experience is a plus.
IV certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents.
Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Ensure care adheres to standards and regulations governing long-term care.
