Cascades at Riverwalk in Midvale, Utah is seeking an LPN for evening shifts: Tuesday and Thursday 6p-12a and Friday 6p-6a. We are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community committed to compassionate care and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, active LPN license required.
• Experience in long-term geriatric nursing preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications, tests, and treatments.
• Record time spent performing treatments in accordance with policy.
• Ensure proper storage and security of prescription drugs.
• Notify physician of adverse reactions or non-compliance promptly.
• Keep medication cart, refrigerator, and room neat and properly stored.
• Dispose of sharps safely.
• Enter key information into EMR systems.
• Practice and supervise infection control and safety policies.
• React appropriately to emergencies and disasters.
• Other duties as assigned.
