Job summary

Rockville Center is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing facility team. The LPN will provide comprehensive care to geriatric residents, evaluate and treat with minimal supervision, and participate in therapeutic activities to enhance resident experience.

Shifts are 7AM-3PM with every other weekend required. Salary up to $40 per hour; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and fringe benefits. Equal Opportunity Employer. INDLPN

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) with NY license.
• Willing to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF/Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families, and other health staff.
• Supervise CNAs.
