Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Minnesota.
• CPR certification preferred; if not on hire, must obtain by orientation end.
• Two+ years of geriatric care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe clients and report changes in condition to RN.
• Communicate with physicians and NPs about changes needing medical intervention.
• Assist with ordering and setup of client medications.
• Monitor unlicensed staff and guide duties to ensure timely, respectful care.
• Assist in training new employees as directed.
• Identify emergencies and initiate emergency treatment when needed.
