Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time rotating 12-hour shift (7-7).

This position includes medication administration, vital signs, resident care and treatments with outcome monitoring, and providing resident and family education. Coordination with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals is required, with supervision of CNAs.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license required.
• 12-hour rotating shifts (days or nights).
• Full-time position with rotating schedule.
