Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must have a valid Driver's License with endorsements and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must possess a current and valid Practical Nurse license.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic healthcare services per the individual’s plan to maintain health and wellbeing.
• Perform delegated tasks such as blood pressure monitoring and weight checks.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation according to regulations.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of supplies and equipment; restock as needed.
• Collaborate with Direct Support Professionals to meet individuals’ needs.
