Responsibilities

• Assist in providing basic healthcare services according to the individual’s plan and ensure health and wellbeing.
• Perform delegated tasks such as blood pressure monitoring, weights, and other assigned tasks.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete according to regulations.
• Organize and maintain supplies and equipment, restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with Direct Support Professionals to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

Essential Functions

• Assists in providing basic healthcare services according to the individual’s plan ensuring each individual’s optimal health and wellbeing
• Performs tasks as delegated, such as blood pressure monitoring, weights, and other assigned tasks
• Ensures all documentation is accurate and complete according to regulations
• Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of supplies and equipment, ensuring restocking of inventory
• Collaborates with Direct Support Professionals to ensure that the needs of the individuals are being met
• Communicates immediately any changes in medical or behavioral status to supervisor
• Performs all other duties as assigned
