Boulder Post Acute in Boulder, CO is hiring LPNs for full-time and PRN shifts. Positions include 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am, with a $1K bonus paid over 6 months. Expect nursing services, potential supervision of aides, medication passes and treatments in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
