Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Maris Grove community in Glen Mills, PA seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care daily. You will work with an on-site care team to support physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, placing residents first.

You will assess residents, document clinically in the EMR, and adjust care plans as needed, while supervising care associates and administering medications on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care.
• Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Assess, observe, and document residents' clinical condition in the EMR and notify the provider/RN when necessary.
• Update or modify care plans as needed to reflect changes in care and service needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents, family, or responsible parties professionally.
• Participate in review of clinical indicators (falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use).
• Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.

Compensation: $32.00-$40.00 per hour + differentials and FLOAT allowance!!

How you will make an impact

Developing relationships with the residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs and focusing on placing the resident first.
