Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Maryland required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Under the RN, assist in care planning and treatments for residents and consult with other nursing staff.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge to care for residents on an assigned unit.
• Review resident records to ensure care aligns with state and federal guidelines.
• Document care and report changes in resident status to supervisor.
• Review referrals to ensure they are valid and align with nurse plans.
• Seek opportunities for growth and expanded responsibilities.
• Set and implement goals aligned with FutureCare's nursing facility philosophy.
