FutureCare in Baltimore seeks Licensed Practical Nurses to join our frontline nursing team. Under RN supervision, you will assist with care plans, treatments, and daily resident care, while adhering to state and federal guidelines.
We offer a competitive hourly salary, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and career growth opportunities. Qualified candidates hold an active Maryland LPN license, CPR, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.
Formación
- Must hold an active LPN license issued in Maryland.
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in acute or long-term care is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- CPR certification required.
Responsabilidades
- Assist in care planning and treatments under RN supervision.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge to care for residents on unit.
- Review resident records to ensure practice complies with guidelines.
- Document care and report changes to shift supervisor.
- Review referrals for treatment or resolution of problems.
- Seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities.
- Set and implement goals aligned with FutureCare’s philosophy.
