Job summary

Palms Medical Group is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care across our primary care teams in Florida. You will document in the Electronic Health Record, counsel patients, and triage visits as needed. The role supports training staff and maintaining clinical standards.

The LPN works with pediatric and adult patients, participates in on-site duties, and contributes to a patient-centered, team-based practice focused on accessibility and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary medical services to patients within scope of practice.
• Maintain the Electronic Health Record with up-to-date documentation.
• Provide counseling and patient education as directed by PMG providers.
• Triage nurse visits and return calls while maintaining scope of practice.
• Assist in training and mentoring coworkers as directed.
