Job summary

Palms Medical Group (PMG) is a not-for-profit FQHC serving North Florida with a broad care portfolio. We seek a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a patient-centered team delivering high-quality care across primary care settings.

Responsibilities include patient care, updating the EHR, on-call duties, inventory management, and supporting clinic operations under leadership. Florida LPN license and BLS required; 1 year of primary care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with pediatric and adult patients preferred.
• Willing to travel to other PMG clinics for coverage.
• Ability to train and mentor coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within PMG policies and scope of practice.
• Maintain the Electronic Health Record with up-to-date documentation of services.
• Provide counseling and education to patients as directed by providers.
• Triage nurse visits and respond to patient and vendor inquiries as needed.
• Participate in QA, QI and other meetings as directed by leadership.
