Job summary

The Village of St. Edward in Wadsworth, OH is seeking a part-time LPN to provide direct resident care in Assisted Living/Memory Care. 16 hours per week across 8-hour shifts, with a Sunday-Friday and Monday-Saturday pattern and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, and evaluation of care; supervising nursing assistants; pursuing ongoing professional development. Ohio LPN licensure required; long-term care or memory care experience preferred.

• Current Ohio LPN licensure.
• Preferred experience in assisted living/memory care or long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Supervise and direct care provided by nursing assistants.
• Participate in continued professional development.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
