Job summary

Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse Float (LPN Float) for our Cape Coral locations. The position will float between Adult Medicine sites to support patient care as needs arise.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida LPN license, has excellent attention to detail, and can maintain HIPAA compliance while delivering medication and clinical support across clinics. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida LPN license.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to build rapport with providers, staff, and patients.
• Knowledge of phlebotomy, patient intake, and common medications.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience or equivalent education.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake including vital signs, medical history, and medication review
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to clinical standards
• Record chart information accurately in our patient management system
• Assist Clinical Coordinator and other clinical team members as needed
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines and regulations
