Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Adult Medicine practice in Cape Coral, FL. The LPN will perform patient intake, administer medications, and record chart information in our patient management system, supporting the clinical team.

Requirements include an active Florida LPN license, CPR certification, and about one year of clinical experience or equivalent medical education.

Qualifikationen

• A valid current State of Florida license to practical nurse (LPN).
• Ability to develop and maintain a good rapport and a cooperative working relationship with providers, staff, and patients.
• One year of clinical experience or a combination of medical education and work experience.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Aufgaben

• Perform patient intake including vital signs, medical history, and medication review
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards
• Record chart information accurately into our patient management system
• Assist Clinical Coordinator and other clinical team members as needed
