Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida is seeking an LPN Float for our Adult Medicine practice based in Cape Coral, FL. The role involves floating between Adult Medicine locations as needs arise, performing patient intake, vital signs, and medication administration.

The ideal candidate holds Florida LPN licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of clinical experience or equivalent education. A strong focus on confidentiality and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to float between Adult Medicine locations as needs arise.
• Performs patient intake including vital signs, medical history, and medication review.
• Records chart information accurately into our patient management system.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Float between Adult Medicine locations in Cape Coral, FL as needed by department.
• Perform patient intake with vital signs, medical history, and medication review.
• Accurately record chart information in the patient management system.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per clinical standards.
• Assist Clinical Coordinator and other clinical staff as needed.
