The MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) team in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support quality patient care under a physician or licensed provider. You will room patients, take vitals, document in EMR, and assist with injections and minor procedures.

Responsibilities include maintaining the exam room, reviewing records, triaging calls, and educating patients on care plans. The role requires an active LPN license in SC and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina LPN license or compact state license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vitals and health history and document in EMR.
• Give injections and assist with minor procedures.
• Maintain exam room supplies and overall patient care environment.
• Triages calls, communicates plan of care and educates patients as needed.
• Monitor and distribute medications including samples as ordered by physician.
