Job summary

BOS Medical Staffing is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to support a long-term care facility in Suwanee, GA. Shifts are available immediately, including part-time and full-time positions with weekend rotation.

You will use the nursing process to assess and care for patients, document data, and collaborate with a care team. A valid LPN license, basic computer skills, and at least one year of experience are preferred; background checks and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year LPN experience preferred.
• Basic computer/charting skills.
• Team player with multitasking ability.
• Criminal background check including FBI fingerprints and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Conduct focused interviews to identify patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms of physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document nursing data and diagnoses.
• Perform other LPN duties as assigned.
