Delta Staffing Solution is hiring licensed practical nurses (LPNs) in Atlanta, Georgia to care for residents in skilled nursing facilities. Under RN supervision, you will provide personal care, administer medications, monitor responses to care plans, and support residents and families with compassion.

Eligible candidates have 1+ year LPN experience in long-term care or rehab settings, an active LPN license, BLS certification, and vaccination proof.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of LPN experience in Long Term Care/Rehab/Nursing settings.
• Strong preference for recent LTC facility experience.
• Current LPN license in practicing state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
• No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan; monitor conditions.
• Record patient medical history and chart accurately.
• Collect samples for lab testing as assigned.
• Provide emotional support and communicate with residents’ families.

Delta Staffing Solution is hiring qualified LPNs in Atlanta, Georgia to provide quality healthcare and enrich the livesof residents at skilled nursing facilities. The ideal candidate is dedicated, compassionate, and a team-player.

Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides personal care to residents with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities, accurately measures and charts patients medical history, administers medication and treatment as outlined in care plan, monitor conditions and response to care plan, collects samples for lab testing as assigned, provides emotional and psychological support when needed, communicates with residents family to provide advice, comfort, and release instructions, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of LPN experience in a facility that specializes in Long Term Care/Rehab/Nursing
• Strong preference for recent LTC facility experience
• Current LPN license in practicing state
• Current BLS certification
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Cleared background and drug test
