Job summary

RiverMead Lifecare Community in Peterborough, NH is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), Caregivers, and Patient Care Assistants for 2nd shift (3-11pm). Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem roles with shift differential.

Responsibilities include direct resident care under supervision, assisting with ADLs, monitoring condition, and maintaining documentation in a respectful environment. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active LNA license in New Hampshire (NH)
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
• CPR certification required
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and support a safe, respectful environment
