Qualifications

• Active/unrestricted LPN license and CPR/BLS certification.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in skilled nursing preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed staff in skilled nursing operations.
• Coordinate residents' health and wellness needs with physicians and families.
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality care.
• Communicate clearly in English with residents, families, and staff.
