Brighton Post Acute Care in Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with daily pay and competitive hourly wages from $30 to $39, all-inclusive.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans, administer medications, document accurately, and support residents’ safety and well-being in a 78-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unencumbered active MA LPN license.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice and the plan of care.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments as per the care plan and policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
