Job summary

Brockton Post Acute Care is seeking an LPN to join our team. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with Daily Pay. Compensation is $35-$44/hour all inclusive, reflective of our compassionate, resident-centered care.

As an LPN, you will provide nursing care, implement care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, and document changes. MA license and BLS CPR required; strong clinical judgment and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per standards, plan of care, and physician’s plan.
• Follow individualized care plans from Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and standards.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
