Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts LPN license is required.
• Assisted Living, Memory Care, or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on LPN nursing care in an assisted living and memory care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and state regulations.
• Assist with resident assessments, care plans, and health monitoring.
• Document nursing services accurately and timely.
• Respond to changes in resident condition and communicate with leadership and families.
• Support and collaborate with caregivers and care staff.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and independence.
