Charter Senior Living of Danvers is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support Memory Care residents. This role offers a consistent 3–11 schedule with a $3.00 per hour shift differential and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.

You will administer medications, perform clinical assessments, and contribute to care planning while maintaining dignity and independence for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts required.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medication administration and clinical best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Position Summary

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist residents for extended periods
