PayActiv is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with RN/LPN supervision for weekend option (Evening & Night Shifts). The role involves rounds to assess residents' physical, emotional and social needs, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians and the director of nursing.

Requirements include active RN/LPN license in good standing, preferably long-term care experience, and strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN/LPN) in good standing and licensed in the state they work.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents.
• Prepare and administer medications as charted.
