Westpark-A-Waters-Community is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend options with evening and night shifts. The position involves rounds to assess residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs, medication administration, and delivering prescribed treatments.

Must hold an RN or LPN license in good standing in Indiana, with long-term care experience preferred. Strong organizational, judgment, and communication skills are essential; professional mentoring and leadership abilities

Qualifications

• Registered nurse license in good standing and currently licensed in the state they work
• Long term care experience preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to observe residents' physical, emotional and social needs
• Prepare and administer medications as charted
• Administer treatments
