Job summary

Westpark-A-Waters-Community is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend options with evening and night shifts. The position involves rounds to assess residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs, medication administration, and delivering prescribed treatments.

Must hold an RN or LPN license in good standing in Indiana, with long-term care experience preferred. Strong organizational, judgment, and communication skills are essential; professional mentoring and leadership abilities

This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Specific Duties - Registered Nurse (RN, LPN):

• Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents

• Prepares and administers medications charts as required

• Administers treatments

• Consults with physicians

• Communicates with director of nursing and staff

Job Requirements - Registerd Nurse (RN,LPN):
