Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Marble Hill, MO is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated care team. This position supports residents through medication administration, health assessments, and coordinated nursing care on the unit.

The ideal candidate has an active LPN license, CPR certification, and an interest in gerontological nursing. Prior long-term care experience and EMR familiarity are preferred; we offer competitive benefits and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in the state.
• CPR certification required; additional nursing specialty certification a plus.
• Interest in gerontological nursing and resident-focused care.
• Prefer 2 years in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care for residents and assign appropriate nurse aides.
• Administer and document medications per physician orders and schedules.
• Perform nursing assessments and promptly inform physicians of status changes.
• Record and coordinate physician orders and ensure safety in care delivery.
• Assist with treatments and manage supplies, including wound and catheter care.
