CommQuest Services, a nonprofit in Massillon, Ohio, seeks full-time and part-time LPN Staff Nurses for our 12-bed Detox services. You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment under the Medical Director to help clients through withdrawal management.

In this role you will assess patient condition, educate patients on their care plan, document nursing care in the EHR, and collaborate with physicians and clinicians to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Knowledge of mental health/addictions.
• Team player and professional demeanor.

• Document nursing care via EHR and implement care under supervision of Director/Medical Doctor.

What you'll do:

Schedule:

Detox Services:

Nightshift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Dayshift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Must have availability to work weekends and holidays on a rotation basis.

PRN (on-call/as needed) also available!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus!
• Minimum LPN currently licensed in the State of Ohio, with no current license restrictions
• Previous knowledge of mental health and/or addictions is highly desired
• Must be professional and team player working together for the benefit of our clients
