Job summary

CommQuest Services, a nonprofit in Massillon, Ohio, seeks full-time and part-time LPN Staff Nurses for our 12-bed Detox services. You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment under the Medical Director to help clients through withdrawal management.

In this role you will assess patient condition, educate patients on their care plan, document nursing care in the EHR, and collaborate with physicians and clinicians to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Knowledge of mental health/addictions.
• Team player and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans, including admission to detox unit.
• Educate patients on condition, medication and treatment plan.
• Document nursing care via EHR and implement care under supervision of Director/Medical Doctor.
• Collaborate with Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Director and clinical staff to provide best client care.
• All other duties as assigned.
