Alumus is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care in patients' homes in Arizona. The role follows the nursing process to ensure continuity of care and patient comfort, adhering to evidence-based practices under supervision of the Director of Nursing.

The ideal candidate has a current LPN/LVN license (or compact state), at least two years of hands-on experience, and strong patient education skills related to various disease processes and wound care.

Competenze

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or Compact State license required.
• Minimum 2 years LPN/LVN experience.
• Ability to educate patients and families on disease processes and wound care.

Mansioni

• Complete and scan required record-keeping forms on admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Chart nursing notes reflecting care provided and patient response.
• Report discrepancies to the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure documentation for unauthorized discharges is entered per procedures.
