Qualifications

• Current, valid Florida LPN license.
• CPR certification required.
• 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in long‑term and rehabilitative services.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicate with pharmacies and physicians regarding medications.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Document resident information accurately and timely.
• Implement and evaluate care plans per regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to promote resident outcomes.
• Follow infection control procedures and facility policies.
• Maintain nursing documentation and records.
• Operate and maintain nursing equipment.
