Job summary

Boca Pointe Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Boca Raton, FL is hiring PRN Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses. Starting hourly rates: LPNs $33.30/hr, RNs $38.95/hr. Join a facility under new management that supports staff with a team-focused, resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical or professional nursing program.
• Current, valid Florida RN or LPN license as applicable.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitative care.
• Assess residents and implement individualized plans of care.
• Monitor and evaluate residents’ responses to treatment and care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document care accurately and maintain required records.
• Communicate with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
• Supervise and collaborate with nursing staff as appropriate.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and rights.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable nursing regulations.
• Maintain a professional and compassionate approach at all times.

PRN Nursing Responsibilities

Reliable transportation required.

This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
