Job summary

Cura Health in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents, following care plans and physician orders. You will collaborate with CNAs, RNs, providers, and therapists to ensure comfort, health, and independence for residents, while maintaining accurate documentation and timely communication of changes in condition.

• Active and valid LPN license in good standing.
• Able to work on-site.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly.
• Complete nursing documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work closely with CNAs and other members of the care team to coordinate resident care.
• Communicate with residents, families, providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to resident needs and help create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with the residents you serve through compassionate and attentive care.
