The Clare is seeking a hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Chicago. This role provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the care provided by Quality-of-Life Specialists and CNAs, ensuring adherence to physician orders and established standards.

Candidates must hold an Illinois LPN license and be willing to respond to emergencies. A rotating weekend schedule and full-time hours accompany comprehensive benefits and daily meals."

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct nursing care and supervising healthcare staff.
• Ability to identify resident medical/behavioral changes and adjust care plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary care teams.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and promote independence.
• Identify resident medical/behavioral changes and monitor/reassess care plans.
• Provide daily report to Director of Health Services on conditions and needs.
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and established standards.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines.
